• BlueCross BlueShield (includes most Blue Choice, as well as Federal and State employee plans)
• Aetna (including most Prisma Health employee plans)
• UnitedHealth (including various Optum plans)
• Medicare (may not cover Telehealth, may have additional copays, check with your supplementary provider)

Please check your insurance benefits (e.g., copay) by calling the number on the back of your card or visiting your insurance provider’s website.

If you are not covered by the above insurance companies, you may be able to receive reimbursement if your plan allows for out-of-network providers; please check with your insurance provider for details regarding your individual plan.

If you are not covered by insurance, or choose to not utilize your insurance benefits, the cost is $150.00 per clinical hour for most services. Rates for consultation services will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
