After a brief phone consultation to determine if we’re a good fit for your needs, we will have one to two sessions where we get your full story and decide on how to move forward. From that point on we’ll work together, typically once weekly for 50 minutes, to help you accomplish the goals you’ve set and make changes as necessary. Sometimes you’ll have tasks for you to practice during the week (e.g., recording challenging thoughts, practicing relaxation techniques, etc.) that help move you toward wellness. Then, as our path comes to an end, we’ll work together so you feel assured you can carry on with the changes you’ve made.
